Our team collectively has more than 50 years industry experience. Brighter Ideas has access to 1000's of innovative promotional products from both local and overseas manufacturers, coupled with an extensive knowledge of all available decorating techniques, we are able to offer our clients cost effective solutions for their promotional products needs. When dealing with a member of Brighter Ideas Sales Team rest assured your dealing with a person capable of "making things happen".

We are proud members of the Australian Promotional Products Association (APPA) and abide by the associations code of conduct. In 1999 we were a founding member of the Global Promotional Product Alliance (GPPA). We keep in touch with world trends through regular contact with our peers in SE Asia, Europe and America, and take an active role in product development with our suppliers.

Tania has 20 years experience in the Promotional Products industry, 11 as National Sales Manager for Brighter Ideas.  She loves the variety of life that working in promotional products industry brings along with helping clients achieve their marketing goals.   In her spare time, Tania loves going to the beach with her husband and 3 young sons, reading, walking and enjoying the odd glass of champagne as the sun goes down.

Scott has been with Brighter Ideas for over 10 years and is still learning about the new and fascinating developments the industry offers every day.  He is loving the fun and joy having a growing family has to offer.  He enjoys bringing marketing concepts to fruition and is still waiting for the call up to play Test Match Cricket for Australia.

Josh has been working at Brighter Ideas since April 2007. He has just finished his marketing degree and can’t wait to help our clients with their marketing goals. Josh loves catching a game at the Gabba and barracks for the Brisbane Lions. He can also be seen playing indoor soccer.

Val has been with Brighter Ideas for the past 8 years. She enjoys the daily challenge of working in the industry. In her spare time Val is a wiz on the sewing machine and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and can often be seen pulling them along in the Billy cart that she made. You may see Val on the dance floor, as she loves ballroom dancing too!

Teresa has been with the company over two years. She previously worked in the Communications Industry and also ran her own Family Day Care Business for several years. Now that her son has grown up and is in high school, she has happily returned to the “adult” work force. She has a positive outlook on life and enjoys a good laugh. Teresa likes watching movies and taking happy snaps of her family and friends for her hobby of scrap booking.

Tracey has 2 adult children and 1 grandson. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and fishing in their boat.
